You will earn points on all your purchases in Blue Salon. B-Rewards has 3 levels, the more you spend, the higher your level will be upgraded to. Your points will be valid for two years from the day you earn them.
It is easy as you spend more and get more.
For every 100 points you earn, you will receive 10 QR to Spend. You have the flexibilityto use B-Rewards points fully or partly with another payment method on items you choose. You just have to show your card to the cashier whenever you visit our store.

By joining and using your B-Rewards card, customers are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
- These terms and conditions govern the collection and use of REWARDS Points from the launch date of B-Rewards Program in February 2010 until such date determined by Blue Salon for the end of the Program, and set out in the terms of the contract between Blue Salon and each Member.
- B-Rewards Program is a loyalty program provided by Blue Salon under which the client (Member) accumulates points (B-Rewards Points) through Blue Salon qualifying purchases made using his/her B-Rewards Card, where the Member shall be entitled to use the accumulated points in paying for the value of his/her purchases made from Blue Salon (hereinafter referred to as “Redemption system”).
- Membership is free, and only individuals (not companies) can be members.
- Member may accumulate B-Rewards Points in his/her Reward Card on Blue Salon qualifying purchases, where the Member will earn points set forth in the schedule for each Riyal of the value paid for such purchases
- Blue Salon qualifying purchases are all purchases made (using any form of payment) at Blue Salon Show Room.
- To earn B-Rewards Points in relation to purchases made, a Member must present the B-Rewards Card at the time of payment. Blue Salon may offer bonus B-Rewards Points to Members in certain circumstances at Blue Salon’s absolute discretion and any such bonus in Blue Salon Points may be withdrawn by Blue Salon at any time.
- According to the Redemption System, a Member shall be entitled to use the points accumulated in his/her B-Rewards Card, in paying for the value of purchases made at Blue Salon. The redemption rate is 10 points for each 1 QR (i.e. 10 points = 1 QR), for example in case the Member has 1000 points, and then such points cover purchases of QR 100 value. Redemption System applies to all Blue Salon items and departments.
- Privacy: Blue Salon is dedicated to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of clients’ information. A Member’s data will never be shared or sold to any third party. A Member’s data is stored securely on Blue Salon’s database and will never be disclosed to any other party.
- Blue Salon reserves the right at any time to:
- Change these Terms & Conditions, the qualifying rewarding and redeeming departments or the rewarding and redeeming points, and without prior notice.
- To suspend or terminate the B-Rewards program.
- In the event Blue Salon decided to terminate or suspend the B-Rewards Program, Blue Salon will notify the Members with its intention to terminate or suspend the Program by a written notice of 2 months at least prior to the date determined for termination or suspension of the Program.
In such case a Member shall be required to consume his/her points before the date determined for termination or suspension of the Program, otherwise such points shall be cancelled on the date of termination or suspension and a Member shall then not be entitled to claim for any redemption or compensation of any kind whatsoever for such cancelled points or for any other reason.
Blue Salon reserves the right to terminate any membership and cancel any B-Rewards points, if any of the following occurred by the Member:
- Failing to comply with B-Rewards terms and Conditions
- Un-using the card for a period of one year.
- Providing misleading information.
- A customer deceased.
In such case, a Member will not be entitled to claim for any redemption or compensation of any kind whatsoever for such cancelled points or for any other reason.
- Down-grading to a lower level will occur if a Member didn’t maintain the level of purchases for 24 months according to his/her Card level.
- Upgrading to a higher level will occur when Member’s purchases exceed his/her Card level purchases limit during one year from joining B-Rewards Program.
- Manual Upgrading – as per the special request and approval of the showroom Manager and the CRM director the customer’s level can be upgraded. The general rules and regulations applies for downgrading, and reward points amount etc. all the requests should be documented and request by email with the approval for future references.
- The Card expires in 2 years (from date of joining B-Rewards Program).
- Non redeemed points expire in 2 years from the date of purchase. where such points shall be cancelled and deemed as if it never existed.
- No rewarding or redemption during SALE, promotions or in with any discount on the purchases. In other words, a Member cannot use his/her B-Rewards card during the sale or promotion periods, or in case of making any discounts on his/her purchased items.
- In the event of loosing his/her B-Rewards Card, a member shall notify Blue Salon’s Customer Care Officer with such matter, at the latter’s address located: Blue Salon, Suhaim Bin Hamad St., Doha, Qatar. Notification shall be done either by telephone (44477749) or by e-mail (email@example.com).

- Rewarding occurs on purchases made by any payment method (CASH, CREDIT CARD, NAPS).
- A B-Rewards Card issued to a Member cannot be used by any other person.
- A B-Rewards point is a method of payment. Therefore, a Member can pay for his/her purchases either fully in points, or partially with another method of payment.
- Rewarding on purchases will be on the purchase (cash, credit card, naps) amount only.
- No minimum redemption.
- A quarter statements will be mailed or e-mailed to the Member according to his / her preference.
- Points cannot be cashed out.
- B-Rewards points will be activated after 24 hours from the date of the purchase.
- The use of B-Rewards Card is limited to payment for the value of Member’s purchases from Blue Salon showroom, and shall not be used in any other place or for any other purpose.
Can I earn points on all my purchases?
Yes, on all purchases made at Blue Salon departments except for rented boutiques which is not under Blue Salon.
How can I keep track of how many points I've earned?
We will send you a regular statement telling you how many B-Rewards points you have earned to date. You can also check your points balance at any time by calling our customer service agent or visiting Blue Salon.
Can I redeem my points at any time?
Earned points can be redeemed only 24 hours after being earned. Redemption is based on a first in – first out method. Except during the SALE and SPECIAL PROMOTIONS points are not allowed to redeem.
Do I have to wait a whole year to be upgraded?
Within 12 months time if you were able to maintain the amount of spending or exceed the spending qualifies you for a higher level of membership, you will automatically be upgraded. We will confirm this in writing and send you a new B-Rewards card if necessary. You will then be entitled to enjoy all the benefits this upgrade brings.
What happens if I don't spend enough in a year?
If your spending falls below that required for your existing level of membership, you will then revert to the level that matches your spending. However, you will be upgraded again as soon as you’re spending goes back up to the relevant level.
What if I forget / lost my B-Rewards card when I am shopping?
If you have forgotten your card, please go to the B-Rewards Station at the customer service desk in-store to obtain a new B-Rewards card.
If I forget my B-Rewards card, can I bring the receipts back at a later date to be credited to my account?
No. Rewards points can only be credited to your account on the day of purchase. Except for special cases approved by the store manager.
If you forget to bring the B-Rewards card please inform the cashier and the CS agent on duty to get your B-Rewards membership number to add points.
What if I lose my B-Rewards card?
You should immediately contact the B-Rewards Managers on +974 444 777 49. We will arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you as soon as possible.
How long do my points last?
Points earned are valid for 24 months from the date of earning; if they are not redeemed they will expire based on a first in – first out method.
How soon will my B-Rewards points be registered?
The B-Rewards points will be registered on the system immediately after your purchase, and will be available for redemption only 24 hours after that.

Where can I collect the B-Rewards card?
You may collect the card at the customer service counter at the store or we will be able to send the card by register post to your P.O. Box within two week from the registration date.
