Measure both feet while standing, preferably later in the day. Use the larger measurement when choosing a size, and compare it with the foot and product charts.

Foot Length

Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a straight edge. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the heel edge to the mark.

Insole Length

Remove the insole from a similar well-fitting shoe and measure from the centre of the heel to the furthest point at the toe.

Insole Width

Measure the same insole straight across its widest point. Keep the tape flat and do not follow the curve of the edge.
