The Qatar Central Bank 9 November 2022 released a 22 Qatari Riyal commemorative banknote for the World Cup now available online to purchase.
The World Cup trophy and the Qatar 2022 official logo are displayed on the banknote. As a representation of the stadiums that will host the World Cup's opening and closing matches, respectively, it also features an image of Lusail Stadium on one side and Al Bayt Stadium on the other.
