Akbar Premium Earl Grey Tin 450g is a luxurious and complex blend of medium leaf black tea and bergamot. This premium loose-leaf blend was crafted for true tea connoisseurs who appreciate the traditional flavors and virtues of fine black tea. The bergamot oil has a bright and floral aroma, with prominent notes of citrus that will tantalize the taste buds. The medium leaf black tea helps to create an incredibly smooth, harmonious and complex flavor that is sure to be a favorite for those who truly appreciate fine tea. This blend also has less caffeine than many other black teas, and is perfect for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up or a subtle yet fresh wake up in the morning. Whether served black, with milk or with a touch of sweetness, Akbar Premium Earl Grey Tin 450g is sure to please even the most discerning taste. Enjoy this premium blend on its own, or blended with other tea for an extra delicious and distinctly Akbar tea experience. SPECIFICATIONS
The Akbar Brothers heritage dates far back to the intial cultivation of the fine Ceylon tea on the Sri Lankan mountain slopes. The Akbarally family has been involved in its selection, blending, packaging and export. Today, the family-owned firm is Sri Lanka’s largest tea exporter, a position it has enjoyed unchallenged since 1992. As tea merchants owning a unique family tradition stretching back over 100 years, it was natural indeed for Akbar Brothers Limited to become the first ever Sri Lankan tea company to be awarded the internationally recognized ISO 9001 and HACCP quality certificates. Prior to that, the prestigious 'Lion' logo endorsement of Sri Lanka Tea Board for Pure Ceylon Tea was awarded as well. |
