| Al Ard Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spring in Palestine is distinguished by the blooming of gorgeous poppy trees, irises, and colourful wildflowers among the hills' olive orchards. This is the time of year when tyre manufacturers cut their trees, till the soil and check for olive concerns. To boost output, our farmers continue to adopt traditional practises such as hand weeding and smashing olive tree limbs. These olive tree-covered hills and terraces come to life in October, when the harvest season begins, with farmers and their entire families gathering olives from dawn to sunset, eating all of their meals prepared by campfires among the trees, as Palestinian families have done for years. Many overseas volunteers are now helping to bring olives and to provide a protective presence to farmers who are facing assault and intimidation from the occupation. Once the olives have been collected, they are transported to a community press, where the oil is extracted and evaluated for purity. It transports them to the ground to be packed, packaged, and ready for shipment. SPECIFICATIONS
