Al’Ard zaatar is a premium blend that combines toasted sesame seeds, oregano, and citrusy sumac to create a tasty blend that is aromatic and full of flavor. Al’Ard zaatar provides a unique blend of flavors that add depth and complexity to any dish. The zaatar has a strong citrusy flavor from the sumac and a hint of sweetness from the oregano. The toasted sesame gives it a nutty flavor and a delicate crunch. Using Al’Ard zaatar is an easy way to take any dish up a notch. Sprinkle it over hummus or eggs for an extra burst of flavor, or add it to vinaigrettes or marinades for an extra hint of zesty flavor. Combine it with olive oil and use it as a marinade for fish, meat, and poultry dishes. It can also be used to season vegetables which pair well with its citrusy and earthy notes. For a quick and easy mid-week dinner, try spreading a generous amount of Al’Ard zaatar and olive oil on pre-baked flatbreads and cooking in the oven for a delicious manakish. SPECIFICATIONS
