1. Choose your desired eyeshadow color. For a more dimensional look, choose multiple shades. 2. Apply to the eyelid using a flat brush for shimmers and a fluffy brush for mattes. Blend well. 3. For a more intense look, apply the holographic colors with a damp brush.
